1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackGiant ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@trackgiant.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Artist & Curator Conduct

Artists agree to submit only original music to which they hold or have licensed the necessary rights. Curators agree to provide honest, constructive feedback and to fulfill any paid service commitments in a timely manner.

Both parties agree not to engage in fraudulent submissions, fake reviews, spam, harassment, or any activity that undermines trust on the Platform.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Curators retain 90% of each paid transaction; TrackGiant retains 10% as a platform fee. Fees are displayed transparently at checkout.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a curator fails to deliver a paid service, contact us at support@trackgiant.com.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to music and content you upload. By submitting content on the Platform you grant TrackGiant a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading content you do not have the rights to
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Engaging in any form of harassment or hate speech
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

TrackGiant is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackGiant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
